EDINBORO, Pa. - The Edinboro University athletic department's Read to Compete Program visited the Edinboro Elementary School on Friday, Sept. 14. Four members of the Boro football team took part – Cody Harris, Alec Gluvna, Maleek Toran and Bruce Davis all read to fourth graders at the school.

The Read to Compete Program will feature representatives of various fall sports throughout the coming months. The program was the brain child of Todd Jay, Associate Director of Athletics, and Faculty Athletic Representative Roy Shinn. Additional student-athletes will head out on the Read to Compete Program in the winter months.
