Art Arrowsmith (’32) for his outstanding leadership qualities, sportsmanship, and determination as an Edinboro athlete. A four-year letterman in football, Art captained the 1931 and 1932 football squad, a unique honor that only one other man had before him. An all-around athlete, Art played three seasons on the hardwood for the Edinboro basketball team.
