Dr. Gary Means for over a quarter century of dedicated support of raising scholarship monies for Edinboro University athletes. Under Dr. Mean’s direction, the Curly Halmi Memorial Athletic Scholarship Fund became the largest athletic scholarship endowment in Edinboro history. He also served on the Fighting Scots Booster Club, the Sox Harrison Board, the Scotsman Wrestling Club, the Hall of Fame Committee and he funds the Gary B. Means Athletic Scholarship
