James Krentz (’80) for his accomplishments on the gridiron as a Scot linebacker from 1975-78. Four year starter and captain his senior year. Three-time all conference player. Holds the Edinboro career mark for the most tackles with 572. In 1978, Krentz was credited with a school record 200 stops from the linebacker spot. Considered one of Edinboro’s all-time great football players.
