Dr. James A. Reed for his dedicated service to Edinboro University as head wrestling coach, assistant football coach and dean of men from 1946-55. Played an instrumental role in establishing the wrestling program at Edinboro in the early 1940s, and in resurgence of Fighting Scots athletics following World War II. Led Edinboro to a runner-up finish at the 1946 PSAC Wrestling Championship. Inducted into the PSAC Wrestling Hall of Fame in 1983.
