Kim Liwush ('03) becomes the second women's soccer player to earn induction into the Hall of Fame, joining current assistant coach Jamie Sallie. Liwush was a defender for the Fighting Scots from 1999-2002. She played in 72 career contests, starting 71. Edinboro had a 39-27-7 record during her four years, with the program still in its infancy. She would help the Fighting Scots record 27 shutouts, including a then school-record eight in 2000. Liwush was a three-time NSCAA All-Northeast Region selection and also earned All-PSAC honors three times. Edinboro would capture its first PSAC Tournament berth in 2001, as the Fighting Scots finished with an 11-5-1 record with seven shutouts. She scored her lone career goal as a freshman in 1999 against Charleston, adding an assist. In 2000, she was a first team All-PSAC honoree and second team All-Region pick as Edinboro posted a 10-8-1 record. In 2001 and 2002, she was a first team all-region and all-conference honoree. The 2002 Fighting Scot edition ended the year with a 9-5-4 ledger.
