Leo Bemis (’41) for his accomplishments as an Edinboro athlete and collegiate coach. A 1941 graduate, Bemis lettered in football and wrestling for three years. Initiated the soccer program at the University of Pittsburgh where he was coach for 30 years. Guided the Panthers to 155 soccer victories and coached a total of six All-Americans at Pitt.
