Oscar Palmquist (’34) for his outstanding leadership and performances in basketball during one of the most successful sports eras in Edinboro's early athletic history. A member of Edinboro's best basketball team (1931-32, 12-1) that won the Western Conference title. In recognition of his continued success as a teacher and coach at Harborcreek High School and at Oceanside, California.
