Stewart Dawson ('89) for his outstanding career as a member of the Fighting Scot Swimmingprogram. He earned All-American honors in 1987-88 in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 20.79, then bettered that time a year later with a school record time of 20.40 to once again earn All-American honors. He turned in a third All-American performance in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 45.82. A PSAC champion and NCAA Division II runner-up, he set school records in both the 50 and 100-yard freestyle events, with the record in the 50 still standing. He concluded his brilliant career as the co-winner of the 1987 Sox Harrison Award.
