Rick Killian ('81) for outstanding performances as a runner for the Fighting Scot Cross Country and Track and Field programs. A former walk-on athlete, he went on to finish as a two-time All American while competing from 1977-81. He earned All-American honors in the 800 meters as a senior, including a runner-up finish at the NCAA Division II Outdoor National Championships. His time of 1:49.23 remains a school record.

He was also a two-time All-PSAC champion, setting the PSAC 800 meter record. In cross country, he helped Edinboro to the 1978 and '80 PSAC Championships.
