Kasey Jones (Holland, N.Y. / Holland Central) turned in an impressive showing at the Br. John "Paddy" Doyle/Iona College Meet of Champions on Saturday morning in the Bronx, N.Y., finishing in second place overall out of the field of 163 runners made up of mostly Division I competitors. Jones was the first Division II runner to cross the finish line, 22 places in front of the next Division II runner. The junior covered the 6.1 K course in a time of 22:31, helping the Fighting Scots earn a fourth place finish out of 20 teams at the meet. Edinboro finished first among Division II teams, trailing only three Ivy League teams in Brown, Yale and Princeton.
