Maria Concheck had a strong week for the Fighting Scots. The junior middle hitter led the team with 14 kills in 20 attempts against Gannon, good for a .550 hitting percentage, her highest percentage of the season. Concheck also added six digs, one block solo, and one block assists against the Lady Knights. The next day against Mercyhurst, Concheck had seven kills, two digs, two block solo’s, and two block assists. She leads the Fighting Scots with 93 blocks and 0.93 blocks per set this season. The Lorain, Ohio native is a Human Performance major with a minor in Exercise Science.
