Jones finished fifth in the 3,000m run at the Midwest Indoor Open at the Spire Institute. The junior posted a personal-best and NCAA provisional qualifying time of 9:53.26. She finished behind four runners from Division I Toledo. Her time is the best in the PSAC this season by over 15 seconds.
