Lindsay had a big week on her way to being named the Co-PSAC West Women’s Basketball Athlete of the Week. The graduate student guard/forward averaged 13.5 points, seven rebounds, and six assists per game this past week. Lindsay hit two clutch shots in a 55-54 overtime home victory against Gannon on Wednesday. The South Park, Pa. native made two big shots, scoring five points in overtime for the Fighting Scots after they fell behind by six points to open the extra frame. On the final Edinboro possession, Lindsay made a brilliant play intentionally turning the ball over when she could not find anybody open on in-bounds play. She launched the ball down court forcing Gannon to chase the ball down and not leaving the Lady Knights with enough time to collect the ball, turn, and shoot. Lindsay neared a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds to go along with six assists.

Lindsay then had 14 points and six assists in a 77-51 win at Mercyhurst. She shot 4-for-7 from the floor, 2-for-4 from beyond the arc, and 4-for-6 at the free throw line and added three steals.

Lindsay moved into 24th place in school history surpassing Lori Dolby and Mary Ann Chilcott (1,084 career points) and reached exactly 500 rebounds against the Lady Knights as well. She is now just 14 assists shy of becoming the first player in Edinboro history and third in PSAC history to reach 1,000 career points, 500 career rebounds, and 500 career assists. Lindsay also moved into sixth-place in school history for assists in a single-season passing Karen Urey (153 assists) against the Lakers.
