This week’s Fighting Scots Female Athlete of the Week is sophomore Tabitha Meeks (Highland Heights, OH/Padua Franciscan). Tabitha helped the Edinboro women’s volleyball team to a 2-1 record this past week with wins over Ursuline and Notre Dame College. During the week, she hit at an astounding .432 percentage. Last Tuesday she recorded a career-high 25 kills in a come-from-behind win over Ursuline. Then, on Sunday against Notre Dame and LeMoyne, Meeks totaled 23 kills. For the season, Meeks leads Edinboro in kills with 110 through 11 matches.
