Aignasse helped Edinboro to its second straight PSAC title with a 5-1 victory over Mercyhurst in the finals on Saturday. The redshirt sophomore was named PSAC Championship MVP after clinching the title with a 6-4, 7-5 win at No. 2 singles. He owns a 15-5 mark in doubles play and 11-10 singles record this season. Aignasse has won nine doubles matches in a row and eight of his last ten singles contests, as Fighting Scots have won seven straight matches. He is the reigning PSAC Player of the Year, after posting a 20-4 singles mark and 13-11 doubles record in 2013-14. Last season, he led Edinboro to an Atlantic Region 2 title, as the Fighting Scots advanced to the NCAA Round of 16.
