Vitor Albanese (Barueri, Brazil) defeated Bluefield State's Alex Rudenco, 6-3 and 6-4, on Sunday to win the 2016 Oracle ITA Regional Singles Title. He posted four other singles wins during the three-day tournament and finished first with teammate Daniel Fernandez in the doubles championship consolation bracket.
