This week’s Fighting Scots Female Athlete of the Week is sophomore Liz Debo (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin). Liz helped Edinboro to a 2-0 victory over Indiana (Pa.) on Saturday with her game-winning goal scored in the 60th minute. Debo took a header pass from teammate Jenna Madison and scored on the close right wing through a crowd of defenders. The goal was her 11th of the season as she remains among the PSAC leaders in goals as well as points with 24. She also scored a goal at Clarion last Tuesday in a 1-1 double overtime tie.
