Edinboro University Athletics

The Edinboro women's cross country team was named Athlete of the Week, after finishing in 19th place at the NCAA Division II National Championships on Saturday. The championship meet, which was hosted by Southern Indiana, consisted of 32 teams with 23 teams having at least two runners or less representing its school. In total, 247 women participated in the meet. The Fighting Scots, who were represented by six freshmen and one junior finished with 515 points.
