In his first appearance at the PSAC Championships, Oliver came away as the champion at 174 lbs. After a first round bye, the redshirt freshman won a 10-1 major decision over Mercyhurst's Gavin Wilkerson to reach the semifinals. He claimed a 2-1 decision over Taylor Cahill of Clarion in the semifinals. In the finals, Oliver posted a 7-4 decision over Lock Haven's Jared Siegrist to improve to 15-2 on the season.
