Male Athlete of the Week – Senior Dustin Thomas placed fifth place at the UW Parkside Midwest Open over the weekend. Thomas was the top male finisher amongst the Fighting Scots, running the 8K course in a time of 25:03.3. The time and placement is even more impressive considering the top three finishers were from a Division I school, and Thomas finished less than 20 seconds behind him.
