Tabitha Bemis (Fair Oaks, Pa./Quaker Valley) performed at the Midwest Indoor Track & Field open and had four podium finishes. Bemis placed was a part of the quartet that won the 4x400 meter relay (3:54.96), placed first in the triple jump (11.99 meters), second place with a season-best in the long jump (5.75 meters), and second in the 60 meter hurdles (8.75). All of the latter three were NCAA provisional qualifying marks. The senior will compete in the Oberlin Invitational in Oberlin, Ohio next Friday, February 7.
