ERIE, Pa. -- Tatiana Batalla Trabal and Roxana Yeh both picked up wins in singles as the Edinboro women's tennis team fell to Slippery Rock on the road in PSAC action. The match as played indoors in Erie at the Westwood Racquet Club. 

The Rock got off to a 3-0 heading into singles, sweeping through the three doubles. The Fighting Scots did not make it easy at the top spot with Laura Lopez and Batalla Trabal falling in a close match, 9-7 to Carla Corrochano and Lacey Cohen. 

In singles, both Batalla Tabal and Yeh both won their singles matches in three sets. Batalla Trabal won 5-7, 7-5, 10-3 over Corrochano at number two singles while Yeh picked up the win over Olivia Warner at number three singles 2-6, 7-5, 10-5. 

Edinboro returns to action on Thursday, April 5 when they travel to West Liberty for a 2:00 pm match.
