Lock Haven, Pa. -- Senior Ward Ries was named the PSAC Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week announced by the conference office Tuesday afternoon.

Ries finished first at the Robert Morris University Colonial Invitational crossing the line in 25:50. He was five seconds ahead of the second place finisher.

The Scots are back in action on Sat. Oct 8 with a trip to Lewis University.
