Edinboro, Pa. – The Edinboro men's swim team dropped a 133-70 dual to visiting Bloomsburg Friday afternoon inside McComb Fieldhouse.
Ted Kinney brought home a first-place finish in the 50-freestyle with a PSAC cut time of 21.67.
Luke Edmonds also swam a PSAC qualifying time of 22.55 to finish in third. Edmonds was second in the 100-free with a time of 49.16 to qualify for PSACs.
Tommy Collins also scored a first-place finish with a conference qualifying mark of 53.55 in the 100-butterfly.
Kevin Santos touched the wall first in a PSAC qualifying time of 17:23.65 in the 1650-freestyle. Santos also posted a second-place swim of 5:01.83 in the 500-freestyle to qualify for PSACs.
Armando Apigna also claimed a first-place finish for the Scots with a conference cut mark of 52.95 in the 100-backstroke.
Braden Hain finished second in the 200-freestyle touching the wall in 1:50.04.
Jake Hillibush added a PSAC qualifying time of 1:02.16 in the 100-bresastsroke.
The Edinboro 200 medley relay team of Apigna,
Jacob Bettano, Collins and Kinney finished in second in a time of 1:37.48. Hain, Edmonds, Kinney and
Frank Barger teamed up in the 400-freestyle relay to finish second in 3:15.32.
The Scots are back in action on Saturday with a trip to Allegheny. The meet starts at 1 p.m.
