LAST TIME OUT EDINBORO
Jermiah Neeley hauled in the go-ahead touchdown wiht 1:38 remaining and Carlos Morales made the game-clinching interception as the Scots defeated California (PA) last Saturday 35-29. The Scots rushed for 230 yards led by 121 yards on 10 carries from Caron Robinson. Jerry Dinkins III added 96 more on the  ground. Nico Marchitelli passed for 240 yards spreading the ball to eight different receivers. Neeley had four catches for 57 yards and a touchdown. Kamar Meza made eight tackles while Morales added six stops to his interception.

LAST TIME OUT FAIRMONT STATE
The Falcons ran their record to 3-3 overall and 1-3 in Mountain East play after defeating West Virginia Wesleyan 45-10 on Saturday. Nino Marzullo was 14-of-19 for 325 yards and four touchdowns. Winston Page led all receivers with five catches for 148 yards and a score.  Tyrees Smith led the defense with 11 tackles, seven solos, and 0.5 tackles for loss. Nemo Roberts recorded three tackles for loss including two sacks.

STREAK BREAKER
With Saturday's win, the Scots broke a 19-game losing streak to Cal. 

NO PUNTS
In the victory over California, the Fighting Scots did not punt. It was the first time Edinboro has gone without a punt since thier 69-20 victory over Seton Hill on October 28, 2017. 

HONOR ROLL
In his first action of the season against Clarion, Daunte White recorded nine tackles with six solo stops. He also tallied 4.5 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks. He helped the Scots pitch a second-half shutout of Clarion in the Scots 21-20 victory. The 4.5 tackles for loss is the most since Victor Hudson recorded 6.5 TFLs in 2016.

The Scots earned a pair of PSAC Player of the Week honors in Week 0. Jaret Frantz hauled in touchdowns of 11 yards, 11 yards and 12 yards as part of a six catch 78 yard day against East Stroudsburg to earn Offensive Player of the Week honors. Ricco Sastoque averaged 52.0 yards per punt including a long of 62 and pinned the Warriors inside the 20 twice to earn Special Teams Player of the Week Honors.

CROSSING THE CENTURY MARK
Robinson became the first Fighting Scot this season to surpass 100 yards on the ground. He avereaged 12.1 yards per carry and scored a pair of touchdowns against the Vulcans on Saturday including a 47 yarder in the fourth quarter. HIDDEN YARDS
Ricco Sastoque ranked 13th in Division II and first in the PSAC in punting averaging 42.5 yards per punt, but because the Scots didn't punt in the game with Cal he does not meet the NCAA minimum punts per game to be ranked. The Scots are 10th in the PSAC in net punting at 34.2 yards per punt. The Scots have committed the third fewest penalties in Division II with 26.  Their 37.9 penalty yards per game ranks eighthh in Division II and first in the PSAC.

DAEDAE ALLEN
DaeDae Allen is the Scots has caught 22 passes for 252 yards. He has also been the Scots starting kick returner ranking ninth in the PSAC at 20.1 yards per return. He is eighth in the conference in all-purpose yards with 98.8 per contest.

DEFENSIVE TOUCHDOWN
Against Bloomsburg, Amari Jones intercepted KJ Riley and returned it 87 yards for a touchdown. It was the first interception that went back for a touchdown since Toby Cline posted a pick six against Slippery Rock on November 5, 2022.
