Millersville, Pa. -- The Edinboro women's tennis team earned a 5-2 road victory over Millersville on Sunday.

The Scots earned the doubles point with Luciana Ponce and Lara Sener winning by default at number three. Rafaella de Almeida and Maria Clara Salomao clinched the point with a 6-4 victory over Chloe Abramowitz and Luci Consigliere at number two.

In singles action, Cecilia Carayol was a 6-2, 6-1 winner at number one over Hui Jen Soo. With Salomao claiming the sixth spot by default, Almeida scored the clinching point with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Sophie Lanius at number five. Benito earned the Scots a point at number three defeating Abramowitz6-3, 1-6, 6-4.

The Scots are back in action on Wednesday with a trip to California (Pa.).
