Edinboro, Pa. -- Soccer's Brianna Garey and volleyball's Makayla Neelands were named the Rebich Investments Fighting Scots of the Week.

Garey made 17 saves in two games earning her second career shutout against Point Park on Wednesday making nine saves. Against Slippery Rock she made eight saves. Prior to the first goal from Slippery Rock Garey had held opponents off the board for 274:47.

Neelands was the Scots leading offensive player as they swept Jefferson twice on Saturday to level their record at 3-3. Neelands recorded 24 total kills while hitting .341 with eight service aces. In the first match she tallied 10 kills, three service aces and 11 digs. In the second half of the doubleheader she notched 14 kills with just one hitting error and recorded five service aces.
