Biography

Enters senior year with 31 starts, the third-highest total by a PSAC player, with 27 consecutive starts, which is also the third-longest streak among PSAC players.

2014:  Started the first six games at right tackle and the final five contests at left tackle.

2013:  A starter in all 11 games, with 10 starts at right guard along with a start at right tackle against Mercyhurst.

2012:  Played in all ten games at right guard, with nine starts. 

2011:  Redshirted. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year starter for head coach Matt Crocker at Maplewood High School … recorded 15 tackles and a sack in 2008, 35 tackles and two sacks in 2009, and the totaled 50 stops and four sacks as a senior, helping the Tigers to a 6-4 finish … also was a starter on the school’s baseball and basketball teams for two years.

PERSONAL: Born July 27, 1993  … Early Childhood Education major with a 3.01 GPA … son of Deanna and Robert Potts … has two brothers (Bobby and David).
