Biography

Enters his senior season ranked fourth in career touchdowns passes (58) and career completions (487), and fifth in career passing yards (5,900), career total offense (6,246) and career attempts (876) … has five of the top ten single-game total offense records and four of the top nine single-game passing yards records.
 
2016
Enjoyed a record-breaking season, shattering many of the game and season records previously set by Trevor Harris … was named to the Don Hansen Football Gazette Super Region One third team after setting school records with 3,710 yards passing and 41 TDs … completed 294-of-531 passes, setting Edinboro season records for attempts, completions, yards passing, touchdowns, and total offense … was third on the team in rushing with 114 yards and 4 TDs on 63 carries … 46 touchdowns responsible for also a school record … led the PSAC and ranked second in Division II in passing TDs (41) and passing yards per game (337.3 ypg.), and was first and third, respectively, in yards passing (3,710) … also paced the PSAC in points responsible for (25.3 ppg.) and total offense (347.6 ypg.), good for third and fifth in Division II, respectively. The passing touchdowns are tied for fourth all-time in the PSAC, while his 46 TDs responsible for is third … in addition, he is now ranked in the following PSAC season categories: pass attempts (2nd – 531); pass completions (T2nd – 294); passing yards per game (5th – 337.3); total offense per game (7th – 347.6); and passing yards (9th -- 3,710) … threw for 400-or-more yards in three games, with a high of 486 yards at Lock Haven (28-of-47, 5 TDs) that is the second-highest single-game total, and his 517 total yards is also second … was named the D2Football.com Co-Offensive Player of the Week after the Lock Haven game … tied Division II record with 99-yard TD pass to James Clark … threw for four-or-more touchdowns in seven games … first player in Edinboro history and only player in Division II in 2016 to throw, run, and catch touchdowns in a single game … threw for 5 TDs, ran for one, and caught an eight-yard pass for a score at Clarion … in all, completed 22-of-37 passes for 357 yards against the Golden Eagles and was named the D2Football.com Offensive Player of the Week … threw for a school-record 6 TDs in a 54-51 double overtime win over West Chester … completed 38-of-62 passes for 463 yards with 5 TDs against Seton Hill, with the 463 yards the third-highest single-game total, and the 474 yards in total offense tied for third … was named the PSAC West Offensive Player of the Week following the West Chester, Clarion, and Mercyhurst games.

Started the first nine games at quarterback before missing the final two games with an injury … completed 174 of 305 passes (57.0 pct.) for 1,960 yards with 16 TDs and 16 INTs … was third on the team in rushing with 236 yards on 72 carries, rushing for a team-high 4 TDs … the pass attempts rank eighth in a season at Edinboro, the completions are ninth, and the yards passing are 13th … finished with 2,196 yards in total offense, the tenth-highest season total … ranked fifth in the PSAC in completions per game (19.33), sixth in completion percentage, and ninth total offense per game (244.0 ypg.) and yards passing (217.8 ypg.) … threw for a career-high 364 yards against Gannon, while tying the school record with 5 TDs passing … added a sixth touchdown rushing while finishing with a career-high 71 yards rushing on eight carries … completed 22 of 40 passes against the Golden Knights … the 435 yards in total offense ranks seventh in a game … completed 22 of 32 passes for 281 yards with 4 TDs vs. California(Pa.), adding 53 yards rushing … threw for 215 yards against both Saint Joseph’s and Clarion.  
 
2014 
Appeared in seven games as a true freshman as the backup quarterback, with first career start against Slippery Rock … completed 19-of-40 passes for 230 yards with a touchdown and 3 INTs … was 14-for-32 for 190 yards with the touchdown and three pickoffs … first career touchdown was a 76-yard strike to Darren Massey … was 3-for-4 for 15 yards at Shippensburg, and 2-for-4 for 25 yards with nine yards rushing at California(Pa.).
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Record-setting quarterback for head coach Tom Langworthy at Jamestown High School … led the Red Raiders to a 10-1 record as a senior, losing to Aquinas 48-34 in the Far West Regional … he helped Jamestown win its first Section 6 Class AA championship since 2000 … completed 178 of 275 passes for a Western New York record of 3,184 yards, which ranks second in the state … threw for 33 touchdowns, with just 4 INTs, and rushed for 24 more six-pointers while rushing for a team-high 732 yards … set the Section 6 single game passing record with 508 yards vs. Kenmore West, tied for the fourth-highest total in the state … was named the Buffalo News Western New York Player of the Year and was the winner of the Connolly Cup, symbolic of the most outstanding player in western New York, and was a first team All-State selection … named the Jamestown Post Journal and Football Weekly Player of the Year … played in the Kensington Lions All-Star Game … led Jamestown to the 2012 Class AA title game before losing to Orchard Park … as a junior completed 106 of 187 passes for 1,650 yards with 16 TDs and 10 INTs, adding 466 yards rushing on 100 carries with 4 TDs … was an honorable mention All-Western New York pick as a junior, along with earning first team all-league honors  … only played at Jamestown for two years after family moved from Arkansas … also played baseball for two years and basketball for one … in baseball earned second team all-league honors as a junior and senior after hitting .308 with 15 stolen bases in 2013 and .304 with 2 home runs and 7 stolen bases in 2014.

Born December 12, 1995 … Chemistry - Forensic Science major … son of Kimberly and George Sisson … has three brothers (George, Andrew and Charles) … father is in his third season as the men’s basketball at Jamestown Community College after previously coaching the women’s basketball team … brother, Andrew, plays football at Buffalo State, cousin, Caleb Sisson, plays soccer at Messiah and cousin, and Casey Heimburger, competes in cross country/track & field at Waynesburg.
