2015
Earned All-Region honors after placing 15th (31:22.2) at the Atlantic Regional Championships... Placed 25th (26:16.1) at the PSAC Championships and 124th (31:39.3) at the Division II National Championships... Finished first in the 800 meter run (1:52.30) and fifth in the 1500 meter run (3:59.39) at the PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Earned USTFCCA All-Academic honors... Edinboro Scholar-Athlete.
2014
Competed at the Atlantic Regional Championships and earned All-Region honors finishing in 23rd place (33:21.6)… Season-best in the 8k was at the Greater Louisville Classic when he finished the course in 25:41.4, good for 28th place… Earned USTFCCA All-Academic honors… Edinboro Scholar-Athlete.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Maple Grove Senior High School in Bemus Point, N.Y…. four-sport athlete that earned six letters in Track & Field, five in Cross Country, three in Basketball, and one in Baseball… All-State in Track & Field in 2014 and the 800 meters State Champion with a time of 1:54.6, which would have been second out of all divisions… Ran a personal best of 1:53.89 in the 800 meters, 4:17.29 for the 1,600 meters placing 12th overall and third in Division 2 at the New York State Championships in 2014, and 9:30 for 3,200 meters which placed him 17th in the state in 2013… Averaged 19 points per game en route to First Team All-County in Basketball… the Red Dragons were four-year Section B Champions in Cross Country during Wefing’s career… earned All-State honors in Cross Country in 2012 and 2013
