2017
Earned All-PSAC and All-Atlantic Region honors for the second time, capturing first team All-PSAC accolades with a 12th place showing at the PSAC Championships … followed that up with a 17th place finish at the Atlantic Regional for All-Region honors … posted a time of 31:58.5, his top 1oK time … would finish 167th at the NCAA Division II National Championships, an improvement of over 40 spots … was third at the Doug Watts Dual.

2016
Earned second team All-PSAC honors with a 17th place finish with a time of 26:31.0 … also earned All-Atlantic Region accolades after placing 20th in the 10K race with a time of 33:55.0 … competed in his first NCAA Division II National Championships and came in 221st … top finish during the regular season was a fourth place showing at the Doug Watts Distance Gala … also came in 41st at the Louisville Classic.

AT POTOMAC STATE
Had three second place finishes in 2015, in the Seaton Invite, the Hornet Harrier/Commonwealth Challenge, and the Frostburg State Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL
Went to Musselman High School in Inwood, WV... competed in cross country and track for the Appleman under coaches Cambell and Riser, respectively... three-year letter winner in both cross country and track... went to states all three years he ran... placed 8th at states his senior year in cross country... placed 6th at states his senior year in track... All-Conference and All-State selection for both cross country and track
