2018
Earned All-PSAC and All-Atlantic Region accolades for the second straight year … was 16th in the PSAC Championships to earn second team All-PSAC honors with a time of 24:44.6, then placed 21st at the Atlantic Regional (25:32.6) … in her second trip to Nationals, placed 154th (25:04.1) … was the medalist at the Doug Watts Invitational, and came in 12th at the SRU Pre-Nationals ,,, named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2017
Was named the PSAC Women’s Cross Country Freshman of the Year after pacing an all-freshmen lineup to the PSAC and Atlantic Region titles, along with a 19th place showing at Nationals … was Edinboro's first runner across the finish line in every race until the NCAA Division II National Championships, where she was Edinboro's third runner across the finish line, coming in 122nd out of 247 runners ... turned in her best performances in the two races leading up to Nationals. She took second place with a time of 23:04.5 at the PSAC Championships, improving from seventh place over the last mile … followed that up with a fourth place finish at the Atlantic Regional with a time of 21:19.3 … in addition, was sixth in the Paul Short Invitational, 30th in the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational, and 32nd in the GLVC Conference Crossover.
HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in cross country and track & field at Christ the King High School ... was MVP in both cross country and track ... finished ninth in the 3000-meter run at the 2017 Canadian Nationals ... took fourth place in the 3000 and seventh in the 1500-meter run at the OFSAA Championships ... G+IAC winner in the 800, 1500 and 3000 in 2017, along with cross country title.

Born March 25, 1999 ... Exercise Science major ... daughter of Rhonda and Glen Parsons ... has two sisters (Jennifer and Renee).
