2016-17
Redshirted and saw limited action in open tournaments while competing at 197 lbs… finished with a 0-4 record while wrestling in the Cleveland State Open and Edinboro Open.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed for Warsaw High School, where he was a five-year starter and three-time New York State placewinner despite suffering a head injury that forced him to miss the 2011-12 season … as a senior, placed third at 182 lbs. at the NYSPHAA Division II State Championships, going 50-3 on the year … won the Section V state qualifier, and advanced to the state semifinals before losing to Ian Chedzoy of Watkins Glen by a 7-6 decision … would go on to capture third place thanks to a 9-0 major decision over Joe Hennessey of Adirondack … also finished third at states as a junior in 2014-15 at 170 lbs., also going 50-3 ... it marked his first appearance at the state championships since he was a seventh grader and placed sixth … won his first match before losing in the quarterfinals, but would recover to post four wins in the wrestlebacks, capped by a 7-2 decision over Willie Messinger of Putnam Valley in the third place match … first place as a seventh grader at 103 lbs. in 2010-11, ending the year at 50-5 … after missing the 20111-12 season, returned to the mat in 2012-13 as a ninth grader and was 41-7 … in 2013-14 as a sophomore, went 42-5 and finished third at the state qualifier … was 233-23 for his career and earned LCAA All-Star honors five times … helped Warsaw High School win three New York State team championships.

Born October 4, 1996 … Health Promotion major with a minor in Coaching … son of Jeanie and Brad (deceased) Paddock … has five brothers (Paul, Luke, Ian, Joey, and Burke), and two sisters (Nikki and Ellen) … comes from a wrestling family that has over 1,000 wins on the mats … brother Paul was a former wrestler at Edinboro, while Ian competed at Ohio State and Burke at Iowa.
