Finished 15th at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:13.08 … Competed in two events at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:11.38 … came in second in the 5,000-meter run, posting a time of 14:48.16 … captured first place finishes in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (8:59.50) and the Gator Invite (9:15.36) … also won the 1,500-meter run at the PSAC West Challenge with a time of 4:03.18 … posted second place finishes in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Bison Outdoor Challenge (9:05.64) and Tennessee Rust Buster (9:16.49) … competed in the 10,000-meter run at the Dave Labor Invitational, finishing in second place at 32:21.31 … came in sixth place in the 5,000-meter run at the Charlotte 49er Classic with a time of 14:43.33. 

2014 (Outdoor)
Placed fourth in the 3,000 at the PSAC Championships with a time of 9:32.89 … finished ninth in the 4x8 at the PSAC Championships with a time of 8:05.61 … recorded a sixth place finish in the 1,500 at the Bob Kahn invite with a mark of 4:13.28 … placed ninth in the 3,000 at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 9:39.05.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year starter at East Aurora High School in Track & Field … finished third in the Steeplechase in Class B States … also ran cross country for three years under head coach and Edinboro Hall of Fame member Walt McLaughlin … was a two-time state champion in cross country.
