2019 (Outdoor)
Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the triple jump, posting a personal best of 13.84m (45’5”), which was good for sixth place … came in third in the triple jump at the Red Flash Open (13.57m), along with a fifth place showing in the Fred Hardy Invitational with a jump of 13.82m … was fifth in the 400-meter run (51.7) at the SRU Last Chance, along with sixth in the 100 (12.01).
2018 (Outdoor)
Competed in two events at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … set a then personal best in the triple jump with a mark of 13.60m … was also a leg of the 4x400-meter relay that finished 10th with a time of 3:27.62 … was part of the first place 4x400-meter relay team at the Ashland Alumni Open, who finished with a time of 3:27.19 … also captured second in triple jump at Ashland at 13.12m … placed sixth in the triple jump at the SRU Open (13.04m) and in the 400-meter hurdles at the Wooster Invitational (59.18).
2017 (Outdoor)
Competed in the triple jump at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing in seventh place with a mark of 13.58m (44’ 6.75”) … captured first place in triple jump (13.42m (44’ 0.5”)) and finished fourth in the long jump (6.29m (20’ 7.75”)) at the PSAC West Challenge … ended with a third place finish in triple jump at the Dave Labor Invitational, posting a mark of 13.21m (43’ 4.25”) … competed in the 4 x 400-meter relay at the Walsh Invitational, finishing in sixth place with a time of 3:33.01 … also posted a sixth place finish at the SRU Open in the triple jump with a jump of 13.34m (43’ 9.25”).
HIGH SCHOOL
Three-year starter at Warwick High School in track and field under head coach Alex Deactur … finished third in districts in 2015 … holds the school record in the triple jump … qualified for states … finished 17th at states in the triple jump … placed fifth at districts in the triple jump.
