- Finished second in the 5,000 meter and 10,000 meter runs at the PSAC Outdoor Championships.
- Took fifth in the 10,000 meter run at the Hillsdale "GINA" Relays.
2018
- Finished ninth at the Wooster Invitational in the 1,500 meter run
2017
Was named the PSAC Freshman of the Year after earning All-PSAC and All-Atlantic Region honors … finished 17th at the PSAC Championships to earn second team All-PSAC accolades (27:58.6), then followed up with a 23rd place showing at the Atlantic Regional (27:58.6) … would finish 200th in his first trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships … had a number of strong showings during the regular season, coming in 62nd at the Paul Short Invitational, and 73rd at the GLVC Conference Crossover.

Competed for coaches John Butler and Greg Miller in cross country and track and field at Lower Dauphin High School ... in cross country, he was a four-time Midd Penn medalist, a three-time district medalist and a one-time state medalist ... was a four-time cross country and track & field letterwinner and a two-time wrestling letter winner.
