Competes in both football and track & field for Edinboro … in football, began his career at tight end before moving to defensive end.
2019
Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships for the second straight year, competing in the discus and javelin … would place 17th in the javelin with a throw of 162’6”, along with 28th in the discus (116’7”) … posted top marks of 136’6” in the discus at the Westminster Invitational, and 167’8” in the javelin at the Red Flash Open, finishing third in the latter event, while the discus mark took seventh place.
2018
Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the discus, posting a top mark of 136’4” in the 49er Classic … also competed in the javelin, with a top mark of 163’0”, that coming at the 49er Classic … posted strong showing at SRU Open, with fourth place finish in the discus (126’4”) and fifth in the javelin (154’0”).
HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-year starter in football for head coach Jim Shiel at Fort Cherry High School … helped the Rangers to a 9-2 record in 2016 … earned All-District honors at both tight end and defensive end as a senior … finished with 15 receptions for 164 yards, a 10.9 yard average, with 4 TDs … on defense, ranked second on the team with 68 tackles, 41 solo, with 10 TFL and 7 sacks … also a standout in basketball and track & field … earned all-conference honors in basketball … holds school record in the javelin and was an all-state performer in track.
