  • Posted a 1-8 record in his redshirt sophomore season, including a tech fall victory against Notre Dame (Oh.)
  • Edinboro Scholar-Athlete.
2018-19
Served as the starter at 133 lbs., ending the year with a 13-26 record with a fall, a technical fall, and 3 major decisions … enjoyed a great run at the EWL Championships … lost by fall to top-seeded DJ Fehlman of Lock Haven in his opening bout, then went on to win his next three matches to capture third place … defeated Seth Koleno of Clarion, 6-3, in the third place match, before dropping a 7-4 decision to Rider’s Anthony Cefolo in the true second place match … took fourth place at the PSAC Championships … also placed fourth at the Journeyman Northeast Open and fifth at the Michigan State Open (freshman/sophomore division).   

2017-18
Redshirted ... finished with a 5-8 record with one technical fall while competing in four open tournaments at 133 lbs. ... captured sixth place in the Edinboro Open, going 4-2 in the tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL
A three-year starter for head coach Clark Crespi at Kings Park High School … finished with a 103-29 career record, capped by a 36-4 record as a senior … was 31-10 as a junior, 22-7 as a sophomore, and 15-8 as a freshman.

Born April 13, 1999 … Psychology – Applied mental Health major with a minor in Adaptive Leadership … son of Francine and Basil Gomez … has two brothers (Robert and Daniel) and a sister (Julianna).
