In conjunction with Edinboro University’s celebration of its Sesquicentennial during the 2006-07 academic year, the Athletic Department recognized its all-time teams in a variety of sports. A total of 20 former softball players were selected.
The team covers a host of eras, beginning with Sharon McDuff, who concluded her career in 1978. It also features Kathy Mazur, who is generally considered the best softball player in Edinboro history. Finally, Sarah Bishop became one of the few athletes honored to be named to more than one team. Bishop was previously recognized as a member of the All-Time Women's Basketball Team.
