HIGH SCHOOL: Played football at Pioneer Central High School for head coach Jim Duprey … was a three-year starter for the Panthers, helping them to a 6-3 record … they ran behind him 92 percent of the time … Panthers won division championships in 2011 (8-1) and 2010 (7-2) … earned all-state honors in addition to All-Western New York accolades … first team All-Big 30 … won the Tim Schwab Award … also played two seasons of basketball.
