2011:  Made conversion from offensive guard to defensive end and played in one game, recording one assisted tackle.

2010:  Redshirted.

High School:  Competed in football, track & field and basketball at Amherst Central High School, serving as a captain in all three sports … was a four-year starter for head coach Pat Murphy in football … earned first team all-league honors and was a third team All-Western New York selection as a senior.   

Personal:  Born April 26, 1992 … Human Performance major … son of Debbie Restall and Greg Merrill … has one brother.
