Biography

Named to a pair of preseason All-American teams after being a consensus All-American in 2017 … named to Street & Smith’s preseason All-American team and is a second team Lindy's preseason All-American … after just two seasons, already ranks seventh in career rushing with 2,289 yards and is also seventh in career rushing TDs (24).

Enjoyed a record-breaking season and earned numerous honors as a redshirt sophomore …  a consensus All-American, earning second team Associated Press Division II All-American honors, along with second team D2CCA and Don Hansen Football Gazette accolades, and honorable mention D2Football.com honors … in addition, earned first team D2CCA and Don Hansen Football Gazette All-Super Region 1 honors and was a first team All-PSAC West honoree … ran for a school-record 1,740 yards on 253 carries, which ranks fifth in a season, for an average of 6.9 yards … was third on the team in receiving with 30 catches for 160 yards … scored 18 touchdowns rushing, good for third in a season, and added three touchdowns receiving for 21 total touchdowns … ranked second in Division II in rushing yards, along with ranking second nationally in rushing yards per game (158.2 ypg.) … in addition, ranked second in the PSAC and sixth in Division II in total touchdowns, along with second and ninth, respectively, in total points scored (126) … was second in the PSAC and seventh in the country in rushing TDs, second and sixth, respectively, in scoring (11.5 ppg.), and second in the PSAC and 13th nationally in rush yards per carry (6.9) … was also third in the PSAC and tenth in Division II in all-purpose yards (172.73 ypg.) … 1,900 all-purpose yards ranks third in a season … rushed for 100-or-more yards in eight of 11 games, including a school-record four games with 200-or-more yards … had back-to-back 200-yard games, with 241 yards and 4 TDs on 25 carries in a 49-39 upset of 17th-ranked Slippery Rock, followed a week later by a 238-yard, 29-carry, 4-TD effort at Seton Hill … named the PSAC West C-Offensive Player of the Week following the Slippery Rock contest … the two games rank sixth and seventh, respectively, in the single-game rushing record … added 230 yards (11th-highest single game) and 2 TDs on 30 carries vs. Clarion, and ended the year with 213 yards on 29 carries with 2 TDs at Cheyney … had nine runs of 50-or-more yards, including a 98-yard burst for a touchdown against Slippery Rock, the second-longest run in school history … opened the year with a 25-carry, 189-yard effort against Lake Erie, adding 5 receptions for 36 yards … caught five passes in each of the first three games.

Earned second team All-PSAC West honors at running back … multi-faceted performer who led the Fighting Scots in rushing and ranking fifth in receiving … accounted for 11 touchdowns, with six rushing, three receiving, one passing, and one on a blocked punt recovered in the end zone at Mercyhurst … started nine of the first 10 games before missing the final game with an injury … had a team-high 549 yards rushing on 113 carries, a 4.9 yard average, with 6 TDs, along with catching 33 passes for 283 yards and 3 TDs … had a pair of 100-yard games rushing, including a season-high 180 yards on 24 carries with 2 TDs in his first career game at Saint Joseph’s … added 4 catches for 39 yards for 219 all-purpose yards … scored winning touchdown on 57-yard run after accounting for first score on a 50-yard TD run … had 135 yards and 2 TDs on 13 carries vs. Gannon, along with catching a season-high 5 passes … caught 4 passes for 122 yards at Lock Haven, with a 64-yard TD reception … opened the scoring in a 62-14 win at Clarion with an eight-yard touchdown pass to quarterback Jake Sisson.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played for head coach Todd Kriner at Centennial High School … was a three-year starter in football and also earned three letters and started two years in basketball … as a senior rushed for 1,736 yards on 236 carries with 25 touchdowns to help the Eagles finish with a 7-3 record … set school records for yards rushing in a season and a game (306) … was an honorable mention all-state honorable selection along with earning first team all-county accolades … was named Centennial’s Athlete of the Year … selected to play in BTC All-Star Game.
