CROSS COUNTRY: competed in the 6k, 8k, and 10k. Ran career bests of 21:16.9 in the 6k at the Doug Watts Open, 28:37.9 in the 8k at the Fighting Scots Invite, and 36:01.9 in the 10k at the  NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships. OUTDOORS: participated in the 400m, 800m, 4 x 400m relay. Ran a season best of 53.51 in 400m at the Dave Labor Invitational, 1:57.58 in 800m at the Ashland Alumni Open, placed 8th, 3:26.82 at the Bison Outdoor Classic 2025 in 4 x 400m relay.

2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: competed in the 8k and 10k. Ran his fastest time of 28:41.7 in the 8k at the 22nd Annual LHU Invitational/Open, and 36:23.8 in the 10k at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships. OUTDOORS: competed in the 400m and the 800m. Ran career bests of 53.65 in the 400m at the SRU Dave Labor Invt., and 1:57.58 in the 800m at the Ashland Alumni Open.
