2017
Finished 55th at the PSAC Championships … did not compete at Atlantic Regional, but came in 239th while competing for the first time at the NCAA Division II National Championships … came in ninth at the Doug Watts Duals … registered a career-best time of 26:39.2 in the 8K at the Paul Short Invitational.
2016
Competed in the PSAC Championships for the first time, finishing 73rd … came in 12th in the Doug Watts Distance Gala.
2015
Was 24th in the Doug Watts Distance Gala, and also competed in the Greater Louisville Classic.
2014
Competed in the Doug Watts Distance Gala before sitting out the rest of the year.
TRACK & FIELD
2018 (Outdoor)
Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500-meter run, placing 22nd (4:07.96) … also ran a leg of the 4X800-meter relay that finished eighth … won the 800-meter run at the Behrend Invitational with a personal-best time of 1:57.55 … came in third in the same event at the SRU Open … finished first in the 1,500-meter run at the Wooster Invitational … was fourth in the 1,500 at the Hillsdale “Gina” Relays with a PR of 4:01.28.
2017 (Outdoor)
Competed in the 1,500-meter run at the PSAC Outdoor Championships, coming in sixth place with a time of 4:02.54 ... Came in second place at the PSAC West Challenge in the 3,000-meter run at 9:11.47 ... Posted a third place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the SRU Open with a time of 4:08.80 ... Finished fourth in the 1,500-meter run (4:17.59) and eighth in the 800-meter run (2:05.80) at the Dave Labor Invitational.

Placed 24th at the Westminster Invitational in the 5,000-meter run at 16:39.72.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended William J. Pete Knight High School in Palmdale, Calif. …. three-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field … three-time All-Golden League honoree.
