2014
Earned All-Region honors for the third straight season with a 25^th place (33:27.0) finish at the Atlantic Regional Championships… Kempney had his highest finish in his three-year career at the Division II National Championships when he placed 107^th with a 32:31.1 time… Placed 35^th at the PSAC Championships finishing in a time of 26:00.0… Logan also set a personal best of 14:52.36 in the 5000 meter run at the Charlotte 49er Classic in the spring… Ran a personal best of 30:49.73 for 10,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays... This was an NCAA Provisional Qualifying mark and the 52nd fastest time in NCAA DII in 2014... Competed in the PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000 meters and finished sixth (31:56.01).

2013
Dropped out of the PSAC Championship with an injury but competed in the Atlantic Regional Championships and Division II National Championships… Kempney became a two-time All-Region runner after placing 23^rd (31:43.7) at Regionals… Finished 142^nd (32:42.0) at Nationals… Finished third at the PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 31:45.33… Kempney ran a season’s best of 15:07.17 for 5,000 meters at the Charlotte 49er Classic… He also turned in a season’s best of 31:45.53 for 10,000 meters at the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the spring...  Kempney also dabbled in the Steeplechase as a freshman running 9:45.30 at the Bob Kahn Invitational…

2012
Had a fantastic freshman season earning All-PSAC and All-Region honors while helping Edinboro to a PSAC and Atlantic Regional Championship… Placed 15^th (26:17.1) at the PSAC Championships and followed that with a 10^th (31:37.7) place finish at the Atlantic Regional Championships… Finished 133^rd (31:50.3) at the NCAA Division II Championships…  

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Beaver River Central in Beaver Falls, N.Y… Four-year letterwinner in Track & Field and Cross Country in addition to two letters in Swimming…

PERSONAL
Born June 14, 1994… Nursing major… Son of Shawn and Theresa Kempney… Has two brothers (Trevor and Colton) and one sister (Sierra)… cousin, Kailah Kempney, is a senior attacker for the Syracuse Women’s Lacrosse team, holds the school record for career draw controls, and has been a part of two National Runner-up teams…
