Marie Berghaus is in her first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Edinboro men’s and women’s tennis programs, working with head coach Kody Duncan.
Berghaus is a graduate from Erskine College in South Carolina and has two bachelor's degrees in Sports Management and Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in Business here at Edinboro.
In 2020, she played tennis for the Flying Fleet and also ran for the cross country and track team, where she earned All-Conference in track. In 2019. Berghaus earned Second Team All-Conference in tennis and Third Team All-Conference in Cross Country.
For four consecutive years, she received the ITA Academic Award and the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll at Erskine.
