2019
- Finished second in the 5,000 meter run at the Saint Francis University Red Flash Open.
- Took seventh in the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 meter run.
- Placed seventh at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 1,500 meter run.
2018
Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the1500-meter run, placing 15th with a personal-best time of 4:03.57 … also ran a leg of the 4X800-meter relay that finished eighth … came in second at the Behrend Open in the 800-meter run with a PR time of 1:59.41… added a fifth place showing in the 1,500 at the Westminster Invitational and came in sixth in the same event at the Wooster Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL
Competed for head coach Brad Perkins in cross country and track & field at Western Reserve High School ... was a two-time state qualifier in cross country and qualified twice for states in the 1600m run in track & field ... three-time regional qualifier in the 4 x 800m run ... named to the All-Academic Ohio team ... was a four-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field.
