2024-25
CROSS COUNTRY: competed in the 5k and 6k. Ran a career best 5k of 19:21.5 at the Louisville Classic, and a career best 6k of 22:33.8 at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships. INDOORS: participated in the 3000m, and 5000m. Ran personal bests of 10:40.95 Ashland Jud Logan Light Giver, and 18:42.85 SPIRE College Midwest Open 2025, placed 2nd. OUTDOORS: participated in the 5000m, and 10,000m. Ran a season best of 18:43.66 in the 5k at the 20th Annual Paul Kaiser Classic, placing 9th, and a personal best of 39:50.04 in the 10k at the Dave Labor Invitational, placing 4th.
2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: competed in the 6k and ran her fastest time of 22:37.2 at teh 22nd Annual LHU Invitational/Open. INDOORS: competed i the mile, 3000m, and 5000m. Ran a career best mile time of 5:32.31 at the 2024 YSU Indoor Mid Major, her fastest 3000m of 10:54.12 at the Jud Logan Memorial, and her fastest 5000m of 18:51.02 at the 2024 YSU Indoor Mid Major. OUTDOORS: competed in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m. Ran a career best in the 1500m of 5:07.89 at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational, her fastest time in the 5000m of 19:50.20 at the 2024 Carnegie Mellon Track & Field Invitational, and her fastest time in the 10,000m of 40:55.00 at the Tiffin Track Carnival.
2022-23
CROSS COUNTRY: competed in the 6k, finished her fastest time of 24:08.5 at the PSAC Cross Country Championships. INDOORS: competed in the 800m, mile, 3000m and 5000m. Ran a career best in the 800m with 2:36.61 at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, ran her fastest mile of 5:38.65 at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, ran her fastest 3000m of 10:59.63 at the Penn State Tune-Up, ran her fastest 5000m of 19:38.07 at the Ashland-Jud Logan Light Giver Open. OUTDOORS: competed in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m. Ran her fastest 1500m of 5:12.44 at the Charlotte 49er Classic, her fastest 5000m of 19:01.50 at the Tomcat Invitational, and a career best in the 10,000m of 39:54.68 at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
