CROSS COUNTRY: participated in the 5k, and 6k. Ran a personal best of 20:20.9 in the 5k at the Doug Watts Open, and 22:55.8 in the 6k at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships. INDOORS: participated in the 3000m, and 5000m. Ran a personal best of 11:19.21 in the 3k at the 2025 YSU Collegiate Inv, and a season best of 18:53.23 in teh 5k at the SPIRE College Midwest Open 2025, placing 5th. OUTDOORS: participated in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m. Ran personal bests of 5:08.85 in the 1500m at the 2025 Carnegie Mellon Invitational, 18:37.19 in the 5k at the Marty Pushkin Invitational, placing 7th, and 39:17.11 in the 10k at the Dave Labor Invitational, placing 2nd.

2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: participated in the 6k, ran a season best at of 25:37.2 at the PSAC XC Championships. INDOORS: participated in the 3000m and 5000m. Ran a season best of 11:32.03 in the 3k at the SPIRE Indoor Games 2024, and 20:01.25 in the 5k at the YSU Indoor Track & Field Invitational, placing 8th. OUTDOORS: participated in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m. Ran a season best of 5:17.23 in the 1500m at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational, 19:35.77 in the 5k at the Ashland Alumni Open, placing 1st, and 41:02.00 in the 10k at the Tiffin Track Carnival SECOND CHANCE, placing 10th.
